BESPOKES ORDERS:
All my handbags are handmade from scratch, starting with a customer consultation either in person in the workshop or over the phone or email, in order that each bag is bespoke. As such, there is a lead time of 10-15 days (depending on item specifications) from when the order is placed to when the handbag is ready for delivery. I will always follow up delivery with a customer care call to ensure you are delighted with your purchase and to answer any questions you may have about the care of your new bag. Please see the section below for delivery charges to the UK Mainland and overseas. These are precious items of high value therefore all delivery will be recorded.
SHIPPING:
Free postage in the UK for items from £100 or over.
– In the UK items are sent by special delivery tracked and signed.
– Ireland and EU are sent by international tracked and signed.
I aim to send all items within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation Estimated delivery times: UK 1-3 working days EU 3-12 working days;
Dispatch items: Within 3 working days.
Made to order custom bespoke and special orders will take longer from ordering to dispatch.
Please contact me for further information. I will do my best for these estimated times to be achieved, but postal time cannot be guaranteed. Please make sure to provide a precise and accurate delivery address and contact details where possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are accepted, exceptions may apply. The following items can’t be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective. I can’t accept returns for custom or personalised orders, items on sale or because the item is too small or large so please pay attention to stated measurements. If you change your mind about an item it maybe returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, less the shipping and buyer is responsible for the return shipping. A 15% restocking fee is also applied.
